Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Jubilee Gifts! We take great pride in preparing your items. Please review our shipping and fulfillment guidelines below to understand when and how your order will arrive.

1. Single-Box Orders

  • Fulfillment Timeline: All single-box orders require 2–3 business days to hand-pack and prepare for shipment.

  • Operating Hours: We fulfill and ship orders out of our warehouse in Langley, BC, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

  • Daily Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will enter production on the following business day.

2. Corporate & Large-Volume Orders

To ensure the highest quality and smooth logistics for bulk orders, we implement a dedicated timeline for our corporate clients:

  • Production Timeline: Corporate orders require a minimum of 2 weeks (10 business days) for production prior to shipping. Your specific production schedule and estimated ship date will be finalized and agreed upon during your order consultation.

  • Bulk Shipping Rates: Large-volume or multi-box orders do not qualify for standard flat-rate shipping. Because we optimize logistics for larger shipments, bulk rates are often more cost-effective per box and will be custom-quoted based on the total weight, box dimensions, and destination addresses.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Please note that shipping/transit time is in addition to our fulfillment and production times.

  • Standard Shipping (Single Boxes): Single-box orders ship via Canada Post for a $22.00 flat fee. Standard transit time typically takes 2–6 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Custom Shipping Factors: Final shipping costs and delivery dates are ultimately determined by courier factors, destination location, and package weight/dimensions.

4. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been handed off to the courier, an automated email containing your tracking information will be sent to you. We strongly encourage all customers to monitor their tracking updates directly via the courier’s tracking portal for the most accurate, real-time delivery estimates.
