How will the gift boxes be shipped?
We work with a Vancouver-based courier for local deliveries and Chit Chat for orders outside of the Greater Vancouver Area.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost per box for shipping will vary between $15-30, depending on where it is heading, the weight, and the size. We will provide an accurate estimate upon solidifying the contents and delivery addresses.
What happens if the address is undeliverable?
We know sometimes clients change addresses and it's a lot of work to get all that information up to date every year. To ensure the recipient gets their gift box, we will ask for an additional shipping deposit that will be refunded if all the addresses provided are correct and deliverable. This enables us to redeliver to the correct address.
